Terms and Policies for Aurora Experience

Welcome to Aurora Experience, where you can immerse yourself in the magic of the Northern Lights through state-of-the-art virtual reality. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Booking and Ticketing

1.1 Reservations

  • Tickets can be purchased online at auroraexperience.fi or in person at our venue.
  • Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

1.2 Payment

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. Payments are processed securely.
  • Payment Service Provider:

    Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

1.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 7 days or less before the event
  • Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 20 days or less before the event
  • Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 21 days or less before the event
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Experience Guidelines

2.1 Health and Safety

  • The virtual reality experience is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, severe motion sickness, or other health conditions sensitive to visual stimulation.
  • Participants must follow all instructions provided by our staff for a safe and enjoyable experience.

2.2 Age Restrictions

  • The experience is recommended for ages 6+ unless otherwise stated. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Equipment Use

3.1 Virtual Reality Gear

  • Participants will be provided with high-quality VR headsets and accessories.
  • Please handle the equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

3.2 Hygiene

  • All VR gear is sanitized after each use to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all guests.

4. Privacy and Data

4.1 Personal Information

  • Your personal details (e.g., name, contact information) collected during booking are securely stored and used only for reservation purposes.
  • We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

4.2 Footage and Feedback

  • With your consent, we may record promotional footage during sessions or collect feedback for marketing purposes.

5. Facility Policies

5.1 Conduct

  • We strive to create a welcoming environment. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

5.2 Damage

  • Any intentional damage to the facility or equipment will result in a charge to cover repair or replacement costs.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Liability

  • Aurora Experience is not liable for any injuries or discomfort arising from participation unless caused by our negligence.
  • Participants assume responsibility for their own health and well-being during and after the session.

6.2 Changes to Policy
